“In April of 2013 we moved our family to Valencia and purchased a home through a short sale. There were so many items in the home that needed to be fixed. Additionally, we wanted to add an upstairs family area, completely renovate the master bathroom, add a few interior doors, change around some of the lights, and replace two exterior doors with a 12 foot wide and 8 foot tall sliding-glass door unit (which required re-routing plumbing). Being new to the area we decided to interview four different general contractors. This process thankfully brought us to Bill Grijalva. His bid was very thorough and competitive.

“I was referred to Bill Grijalva by a neighbor some years ago when I was looking to do some construction work on my home. Several contractors were providing us bids to build a loft. Bill showed up at the appointed time, submitted his bid promptly and offered a fair price for the work. I accepted Bill’s bid, and work began promptly. Bill was on time, communicated with us when there was any questions and completed the project on time and within budget. The exceptional piece for me was that Bill would communicate with us, make suggestions when asked, and work with us. We never had a problem or concern with his work.

We then decided to do a complete build out,add an upstairs laundry room, enlarge the kitchen and family room and build an upstairs patio. We asked Bill for a bid, and once again, he provided a timely and fair price for the work. We again accepted his bid and work began on a 6 month long construction project. Bill was great and worked with us to get the most out of the project, both physically and financially.

Anytime I have any construction work, I reach out to Bill. He has done these two large projects for us and several smaller ones. I have also referred Bill to many of my friends and neighbors. I would recommend him for any construction job, big or small.
